Pawarts’ production process:
- We will process the order if you DON’T REPLY to the preview email within 12 hours. Please check your email box frequently. And check junk folder if you don’t get the preview email.
- When you approval your previews, then it's time for production. It often takes 4-7 business days to print your artwork and you will get your tracking number after that.
The ETA (Estimated time of arrival) is applied for US orders only!

- The Number of pets: All orders currently are for 2 pets by default. It is to make sure your pet portrait is printed exactly detailed and looks good. But if you want more than two pets, we can do that for you! Email us at support@pawarts.com and our support will assist you.
- Preview: You will receive the preview for approval after 2-3 business days. Please make sure your email is correct.
Please keep in mind:
- There is an additional charge of $5 per extra pet. And we recommend you just upload 2 pets max to get the best outcome.
