Fur-tastic Moments Contest

  1. Eligibility

  • Open to all customers and subscribers of our store.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  1. Prize Details
  • Winner: One (1) free sweatshirt or product of choice from our store.
  • The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted.
  • The prize will be shipped FREE of charge to the winner.
  • All Participants: Everyone who submits a valid entry (photo + story) will receive a special gift as a thank-you for participating. Details of the gift will be shared via email after the contest closes.
  1. How to Enter
  • Submit one photo of the best moment with your dog, along with a short story (2 - 5 sentences) describing the moment by replying to the contest email or through the form below.
  • Photos and stories must be original and owned by the participant.
  • Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM EST on September 14, 2025.
  1. Selection of Finalists
  • Our team will review all submissions.
  • Five (5) photos/stories will be selected as finalists based on creativity, emotion, and overall appeal.
  • The decision of the selection committee is final.
  1. Voting Process
  • Finalist photos will be posted on our official Facebook page.
  • Voting will be conducted by Facebook likes/reactions on each photo.
  • Voting will remain open from September 15, 2025 to  September 21, 2025.
  • The photo with the most likes/reactions at the close of voting will be declared the winner.
  1. Winner Announcement
  • The winner will be announced via email and on our Facebook page on September 22, 2025.
  • The winner will be contacted directly via email to arrange product selection and shipping details.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the runner-up.
  1. Rights & Usage
  • By entering, participants grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display submitted photos and stories for both promotional and commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on social media, our website, marketing materials, and product mockups or displays in our store.
  • Participants must own the rights to their photos; no copyrighted material is allowed.
  • Participants retain ownership of their photos and stories. Credit to the owner will be given where appropriate.
  • By submitting, participants confirm that their photo or story does not infringe on any third-party rights.
  1. Conduct & Fair Play
  • Any attempt to manipulate voting (e.g., using fake accounts, bots) will result in disqualification.
  • Offensive, inappropriate, or unrelated submissions will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if unforeseen issues arise.
  1. Agreement to Rules
  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and our team's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
