Thank you for shopping at Pawarts. If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on Return/Refunds Policy.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
All items are made to order – this means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you.
Because of these items’ nature, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Pawarts does not accept return and exchange requests for any reason as our products are customized and printed on demand.
At Pawarts, your satisfaction is our number one concern.
If you are unhappy with your order due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or a printing quality issue: You are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order, including proof of the received item (Video/ photo of the defective product) and order number.
- If your claim is regarding a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
- If your claim is in regards to a print size or placement issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
- If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward it to our production department to investigate the problem.
If your claim is approved, we can issue a refund or provide you with a replacement free of charge.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on the condition of payment, you will receive your refund within the following:
- Paypal: 1 business day.
- Debit/Credit Card: You can see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.
