The shirt has potential, but their customer service is not the greatest and they don’t follow their email timelines that they send out. I responded with a change I would like and they responded that they already sent to the printer. I asked this question on the 14th of June and was ghosted. I would definitely look elsewhere for a shirt of your dog. My husband ordered an amazing one from another company and it was great all around.
This was the email I sent to ask for clarification and was never sent any sort of response.
I also would also appreciate some clarification. Per the email you sent that I’m including that your company sent at 4:00 pm on June 11 it said to email any changes before 14 hours. I emailed back on June 11 at 9:37 pm. This is very misleading . Why is the 14 hours with this email not being honored?

I love my personalized July 4 shirt. All three of my dogs look just like the photos I sent, and I’m so glad that they do three dogs on one shirt. Having the digital file is awesome, too! Spend the extra $3 for that!
