Pillow Insert

When the Pillow Cover + Insert option is selected:

  • Made from recycled polyester
  • Soft and lightweight
  • Approximately 2–3 inches larger than the cover to provide extra volume and a fuller shape
  • Vacuum-packed separately for shipping

Care Instructions

  • Remove the pillow insert before washing the cover.
  • Pre-treat stains using a soft cloth or soft-bristle brush soaked in warm, soapy water.
  • Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C (104°F) using a normal cycle.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not dry-clean.
  • Iron, steam, or dry using low heat only.
  • Fluff and reshape after reassembling the pillow.

Washing Your PawArts Apparel

• Turn your t-shirt inside out to protect the print from friction and wear.

• Wash in cold water at or below 30°C (86°F) to preserve the print's vibrancy and prevent shrinkage.

• Use a delicate cycle on your washing machine to minimize wear and tear on the fabric and print.

• Choose a mild detergent to avoid fading or discoloring the print.

• Avoid fabric softener and dry cleaning as these can damage the print.

• Use non-chlorine bleach only if absolutely necessary.

Drying Your PA Apparel

• Hang drying is the preferred method to preserve the print and fabric quality.

• If you must use a dryer, use a low heat setting to prevent the ink from cracking.

Important Notes

• Scent or discoloration: You may notice a slight vinegar-like scent or some discoloration on the garment after the first few washes. This is normal due to the water-soluble inks used in the PA printing process. These issues will disappear with subsequent washes.

We check all pet photos we receive. Usually, the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem, we'll email you and explain the issue and request some new photos via email. Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.
