Greatest customer service I’ve received an over a decade
I bought a shirt with my dog on it and I fell absolutely in love. I had to send it back because it did not fit. They got right on it and sent me one that fit me perfect. I loved the shirt so much that I got my best friend One with her key on it same color and everythingit was shipped out and for some reason they would not deliver it to her post office. They said the address was not valid. I have shipped to this address prior and have never had an issue. Anyways, so I sent them an email and told them what happened. They looked in it for me and got back to me right away and let me know that they would just print me another one and send it to my house so I could get it to her. I’m so glad I found them and excited to buy more stuff.
