CHECK LIST GUIDELINE
- Take your pet photo at eye level with your pet.
- It works best if the pet is looking at the camera.
- Try to make it a close-up so that we can see your pet’s unique features.
- Outdoor natural daylight always results in the best photos. Try to avoid bad lighting!
- Avoid uploading blurry photos.
- Make sure no ears are out of frame.
Note: We use the exact photo you upload with your order during our artwork creation process. We don’t change your uploaded photo; only fix it to fit your chosen style.
After receiving your order, if your photo doesn’t follow the guideline, we offer replacements in that case via your email, so please keep an eye on your mailbox in the next 2 days. After 2 business days without feedback from you, we will cancel that order and get your money back. So please take your time to take a good photo to save time for both you and us.GOOD EXAMPLE

Email your image to us (support@pawarts.com), and we’ll let you know. We often create portraits of pets that have passed away, so we understand it’s not always possible to follow all of the guidelines above.
In many cases, we can still make it work.
THE NUMBER OF PETS WE CAN DOWe can do with 2 pets max. We've determined that anything beyond 2 pets will be too excessive and not create the best outcome.
Important note: If you want 3 pets, we have to charge a $5 additional fee for the third pet.
Size Charts
We're here to help you choose your correct size!
If you're on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your measurements for chest and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the size indicated by your chest measurement.
On top of that, you should keep in mind that sizes can vary in different stores, so a size Small might not fit quite right even if that’s your converted t-shirt size.
All items are printed on demand, customized, and made to order - meaning that when you place an order, we will print the items specifically for you. Therefore, please carefully refer to the size chart before placing an order.
Finally, different suppliers may have certain variations in shirt sizes. If the shirt you received is too loose or tight, do not hesitate to contact us via email for prompt assistance.

Blown away, fell in love, then disappointed ?? ! I purchased a shirt for myself to see how they would turn out. When it came I was so impressed and excited at how well the photo of my dog looked! They did such a great job! So I ordered items for the whole family for Christmas, T-shirt's, pillows, Christmas ornament... and I found a memorial poster that I decided to get I honor of my first fur-baby I had for 12 years. I chose a simple photo with a simple saying. I must have fat fingered the page and the quote was totally different than anything I ever would have chosen. But then when the poster came I was so, so disappointed in the quality of the sketch. It was a blurred photo with some sharp black lines. Not even close to the other products I had received. It now sits under a stack of magazines and work documents. I was prepared to open the package and have a heartfelt cry with my old girl. But instead I just stared at it very surprised at the difference in quality in the products. I thought paper would be easier than fabric!!

We check all pet photos we receive. Usually, the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem, we'll email you and explain the issue and request some new photos via email. Photos that work best are taken in good, natural lighting, and at eye-level with your pet.
